1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by Aurora Golds support.

Please contact Aurora Golds support before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or not accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, clean, and undamaged.

The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials when applicable.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The item must not be marked as final sale, clearance, custom, personalized, or non-returnable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Items that are used, worn, stained, altered, damaged, or missing parts.

Final sale, clearance, custom, or personalized products.

Items returned without prior approval from Aurora Golds support.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Gift cards, if offered.

Your order number.

Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, and route protection fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Aurora Golds.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and item condition. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact support with your order details.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option when applicable.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to customer preference, wrong size selection, or incorrect order details provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support before shipping anything back.

9. Lost or Delayed Returns

Customers are responsible for ensuring return packages are shipped to the correct return address provided by Aurora Golds support.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Aurora Golds is not responsible for return packages lost in transit if tracking is not used.

10. Product Authenticity Statement

Aurora Golds does not sell counterfeit goods, replicas, clones, or products that falsely claim to be made by another brand. Product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications are intended to accurately represent the items offered for sale.
